simeon second mission bug - help?!

im playing in story mode, and i go to simeon. cutscene finish playing.
i dont make any move and in 3 seconds i get a "mission failed" "simeon's deal was disrupted"
message.
i dont know whats going on, i didnt even started doing anything.
mission name is "complications".
i go there with franklin's car or any other car or on foot, same result.
what can i do?

yeah i cant progress any further in story mode and i just started the game!

I'm having the exact same problem. It happens whether I move or I stand still. Nothing I do seems to resolve it. I guess the only solution is to fail it enough to be able to skip the mission.

So you played like 11 hours where you at now any more problems?

actually managed to "skip" the part after failing several times.
it brings me right infront of the house i need to go to,
but i need to "fail" first.
this is strange, but i managed to keep on playing afterwards so its cool.

What happens is the red car pushes into Simeon and its like you ran over them and fails the part its a glitch

i actualy didnt notice that since it looked immobile.
anyway, i finished the main storyline already, what a great game!

Hey i got exact same problem. Is there any solution to this? It gives me a headache, that you spend money on a game, and you can't even progress on storyline because of this ♥♥♥♥. Simeon deal was disrupted... jeez christ.

Try restart story, its not that long of a play to get there.

Hi yes, you need to actually fail(like the bug causes you to fail) couple of times till you get the option to "skip".
that willl place you infront of the house you were supposed to go to.

skipping does not help

you wanna a fix ?
lock your fps to a lower value. (turn v sync on. set it on on or half)
there was a similar bug in gta4 which apperently still occures in gta 5 where you are not allowed to have more than a specific fps ...

idk if this applies to you too but it worked for me ...
