Dodo Random Event Not Spawning
I am a returning player from the PS3. I have 100% game completion. I keep taking a boat to the cove again and again, but the random event just never happens. What am I doing wrong?

Nope. This is the only one that isn't working.

i believe the main conditions are finishing the nervous ron mission and approaching dodo location by boat. if you've done those and tried a few times, it is not good news, i had to do a second playthrough when random and property events stopped working for me on the first go :/

Damn, that sucks... Well, atleast I can still buy it in GTA Online. So that's... good? I guess?

well, if other random or property events are still working, it is probably worth trying it a few more times, maybe start your boat approach from further away? in my case, they all stopped working together after a patch and if your situation is similar then go straight to new playthrough. but, yes, you can still get it online and it is one of my favorite planes; flying to your yacht with a plane is pretty awesome and your landing options become much more flexible :D
