Crashes on startup

My Gta V crashes on startup right after it finishes the siren cutscene thing. I've tried reinstalling but that didn't change anything. My PC specs are:

16gb RAM

Processor:AMD FX(TM)-4100 Quad-Core Processor 3.6ghz

I'm running on Windows 10 64bit

Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960

Please help!

Rightclick steam, run steam as admin.
Rightclick gtav in steam, properties, local files tab, verify integrity of game cache.
Open steam/steamapps/common/gtav/installers - rightclick socialclubsetup - run as admin.
Try gtav again.

Still don't work? Google adwcleaner toolslib - download - and scan/clean the pc. This is common since the last update. Additional software from lavasoft, hidemyip, safeIP's, Astril, and web companion are also having issues and need to be uninstalled/disabled.(astril can be configured) Try gtav after it scans/cleans/restarts.

If you use/used any mods/menus/trainers - speak up~

If it still crashes/has issues-- post all 3.
1-Open my docs / rockstar games / gtav / launcher.log - copy it all and post it here.
2-Open my docs / rockstar games / socialclub_launcher.log - copy it all and post it here.
3-Then start/run (winkey+R) - eventvwr.msc - custom views - admin events - sort by timestamp.
Find/copy/post the gtav related crash log.

I tried both the top two and they didn't work, same result. I'm not currently using any mods.

And just incase - currently not using mods... means you have used them in the past?
A screenshot you can use to compare/doublecheck your gtav dir just incase.
If its in the dir and not in the screenshot - it should be moved (unless its commandline.txt)

Also i have used mods in the past but I should be running a clean version if I removed them all correctly

dsound.dll is not a vanilla gtav file and should be removed.

The screenshot above should help you remove other potential files that shouldn't be there too.

The quicker way without the screenshot is-
Open gtav folder - enabling viewing file extensions.
Delete ANYTHING that is NOT a folder AND is NOT a .RPF file.
Verify cache.
