Steam failed to initialize??? Social Club problem someone help???

I have problem with gta v cant start the game after 2 day i have stop working lancher problem now i have this Steam failed to initialize. Please exit and try again ??? Pls someone help guy thnks!!!

Restart your computer.
Rightclick steam, run steam as admin.
Rightclick gtav in steam, properties, local files tab, verify integrity of game cache.
Open steam/steamapps/common/gtav/installers - rightclick socialclubsetup - run as admin.
Try gtav again.

Still don't work? Google adwcleaner toolslib - download - and scan/clean the pc. This is common since the last update. Additional software from lavasoft, hidemyip, safeIP's, Astril, and web companion are also having issues and need to be uninstalled/disabled. Do this before the part below~ (astril can be configured) Try gtav after is scans/cleans/restarts.

If it still crashes-- post all 3.
1-Open my docs / rockstar games / gtav / launcher.log - copy it all and post it here.
2-Open my docs / rockstar games / socialclub_launcher.log - copy it all and post it here.
3-Then start/run (winkey+R) - eventvwr.msc - custom views - admin events - sort by timestamp.
Find/copy/post the gtav related crash log.

I was having the same issue I downloaded adwcleaner and it seemed to fix the issue however I have to run Steam in Admin or it won't work. Thanks a bunch.

@psykoteky bro i need you help once again my game cant star again :((( steam failed to initialize problem, I do the cleaner a have one threat and clean and the game dont start, then i do the verifal file and the game cant start again pls tell me what to do ?? ty :D

Restart pc and try again. (actual complete pc restart - not sleep, not hibernate.. shut off)
