how to play music over mic without third party programs?

Okay well before people come on here and tell me that i cant, i have dont it before but not on purpose.

i had a mic before and for some reason or another people could not hear me over the mic but they could hear whatever was happening on my web browser so i would use that to play music and from what people tell me it was good quality.

but i got a new headset and i cant figure out how to configure things to make it so people can hear my web browser over my mic.

pls help me someone!

i dont want to do if for mic spamming or trolling, i like to play music when me and my friends are doing CSGO during the warmup and before the round starts

no, u will use it for political stuff, reported if i see u ingame.

If its for you and your friends I would use something like Discord or Teamspeak and disable the in game chat, people are not gonna wanna hear your music constantly blasting over their game

With Discord you can drop youtube links into the chat box and play music there, find yourself a long megamix video, all press play on it and your good to go

Political stuff? no wtf, i just think its kind of cool to be able to play music in game.

That "it happened before, but not on purpose" happened because your headset or its plug wasn't working as intended, it can happen if you have low quality and/or faulty headset or if plug is not connected properly.

And you think people have an interest to hear already compressed to death "music" over the low-quality microphone those headsets have, which usually adds a lot more distortion? You probably crank up the volume so much that it's a garbled mess.
I remember idiots in CS (mostly russians) do that to annoy everybody.
