GTA5 how to report afk-ers in heists / flamers / "slave drivers" ?
I'm tired of people joining my lobby then going afk / trolling / leaving right at the end of the heist.

HOW do I stop these people from joining? (I already block people, so they can't join again, but then other people join)

HOW do I get them banned? As I already reported them for griefing.

A heist with friends/crew is a good heist

Look around for people, there is a sticky here, there's also several reddit subchannels like /r/gtafriends and /gtaonlinecrews

Rockstar won't take action for that kind of stuff.

if it is happening that often you're probably being a crappy host. what are your usual settings/splits?

open matchmaking, starting the heist from an invite only session where I'm the only guy, turning auto invite on, then inviting everyone of "similar" stats or something similar.

people that tell you what to do and don't do anything themselves (literally, they don't shoot once)

In the meantime I found some guys to do the heist with, and finally finished it (all in one try as well)

I meant the settings for the heists. Not going to get into another discussion about this (do a search, you'll find plenty) but ideal settings are hard difficulty (anything else is a paycut) and player saved outfits (no need to play dress-ups and people can wear heavy vests if they choose). some will leave if that is not the case but the trolling is usually due to finale splits; give people %20, they'll put in a decent effort, give them 15%, they might choose to leave or troll, give them 10%, you're pretty much guaranteed to get trolled. There is also the kuruma thing but that is unpredictable; some will leave if you're not using kurumas, others will leave or troll if you are (makes the heist boring for people playing for fun rather than the money). In general, it is usually a good idea to chat to your team before starting the heist to see if anyone has any issues with how you are hosting.

I always go with hard difficulty, it's how I instantly have to redo the heist because people die 3 times before I even get away 1km away from my house.

As for "player saved outfits" indeed, I always had "leader full choice" set, as I don't want people not knowing how to "ready up join the lobby".

As for my final heist, the first one, the 2 player one, I gave the other guy 50%, we had fun, it was all okay.

The second heist, barely reached it, started with 4 friends, got all missions done in 1 go (a guy just learning how to drive helicopters was in charge of the helicopter during the final missions), I gave everyone 25%, and I always do.

I forgot to mention that I'm having trouble finding people to do the setups for the heists.

There we go. That is the setting you use when you want everyone to hate you. Try player saved for a while and you should get much better results. Good luck and feel free to add me (same name in SC). I don't heist much these days but might join you sometimes :)

thanks for the advice, currently I've been joining other people's heists and it worked well.

No idea what will happen when I host another heist myself :)

This is a common issue. Just join new online session and start to host from there.

If you are finding that people are leaving during the heist, look at the names in the debrief screen. If they are all grey except yours, then it was actually you who left by losing connection through no fault of your own. If only one name is grey, it was them who left.
