GTA:V discount 75% in the past?!

So I finally want to get GTA:V and now with 50% off it seems like a good deal. But when I checked the price it said that it has already been sold for a disctount of 75%. When was that? I must have missed it.

Not on Steam but Keysellers sometimes drop their prices by a lot more (probably those that sell pirated keys like the one site that is rightfully banned on Steam)

Never had any key revoked or been banned cause of that.

We aren't Rockstar or Valve. We have no idea. However, it likely will. Maybe for only 40%, 50% on Black Friday was a bit of a shock.
