HELP: Ragehook Plugin, not able to login to Social Club

When I start my game through RAGEPluginHook.exe, the social club menu pops up and asks me to sign in. Once I enter my correct user name and password, it gives me the error-
"Error response recieved from steam. Please try again later. Code: 1000.50"
I have restarted my computer, restarted steam, and attempted to stop and restart the steam client service.
I have no issues starting the game from steam or from GTA5Launcher.exe, in fact it doesn't even make me sign into social club from those methods. However, I'd like to use LSPDFR and another mod that the RAGE hook is needed for. I don't think the mods are the source of the problem wither because I told rage hook to not load them in the settings and that did not help either.
Any help is appreciated, I haven't found resolutions on any other websites.

No I was ignored on every forum I posted on, game still doesn't work.

From my experience with ent mod in single player, it happen because the game recently updated.
So you need latest version of the ragehook/mod.
