can the ruiner 2000 be a personal vehicle?
with the gunrunning update, and now the smuggler's run update, a lot of vehicles are now able to be personal vehicles.

does this work with the smaller import/export vehicles (ruiner, blazer, etc.)?

i've been wanting to get the ruiner 2000 but don't know if it can be a personal vehicle or not with the gunrunning update.

It works in a similar way though. You don't need to call pegasus for it and is instead spawned just as close as any personal vehicle. You also can mod it.

Lazy troll is lazy.

Also, no. Import export special vehicles can't be personal vehicles.

so there's no reason to own import/export vehicles besides having more ceo free roam missions to do?

Not much. Pretty much paint and performance.

Isn't it the same for any vehicle?

I don't understand what the issue is. The reason personal vehicles are great is because you can mod them and spawn them next to you. You can do both with the ruiner 2k.

I know I haven't used those vehicles in a long time. With the likes of the oppressor and the weaponized Tampa there's no reason to be bothered with the ruiner unless you're just really nostalgic for Knightrider.

Ruiner is the best Battlecar. It has the fastest missiles in-game, and can bounce/glide along with evasion Maneuvers. It is certaintly worth the money if you're looking for a PVP car.

It can't become a personal vehicle, But you can spawn it without calling pegasus.Just go to the vehicle tab and choose it. it'l spawn near by.

Depending on the situation, the ruiner is better than the tampa for PVP. The tampa doesn't have lock on missiles, while the ruiner does. If both of them meet on an open street at distance, the ruiner will destroy the tampa before it gets close enough to do anything. Its also faster and handles alot better.

Same goes for the OPP. I actually really like hunting OPP users in my Ruiner. Its funny when they don't realise the ruiners missiles are fast enough to catch them and they call you a hacker for it.

Ruiner in pvp is only worth something if you start fully loaded and go kill players. Otherwise it's another dead bucket.
i'm not a pvp player unless daily objectives call for it or someone is being an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

so the ruiner is worthless unless i do pvp? is that what everyone is saying?

Most special vehicles are useless in that there is no purpose to having them other than driving around with.
