Reverting to original skins in GTA 5 singleplayer?

Is there any sort of way that I can revert back to Franklin's original skin on GTA 5? I downloaded the Lincoln Clay skin mod and now I do not want it anymore as it was bugged. Is there any way I can revert it? Thanks.

The problem is that it uses OpenIV, and I cannot simply delete the file as it replaces the original one.

Didn't you use OpenIV's mod folder system? If not you'll probably have to verify cache to re-download the original version of the file.

So if I delete my "Mods" folder and verify my game cache should it be good to go?

If it's saved in the mods folder you should be able to just delete that and it'll be gone.
If it's not saved in the mods folder you need to verify.
