HELP!!! Gta v crashing upon loading into storymode

Whenever I start up GTA V, it goes through the social club login proccess flawlessly, and then it brings me to the main menu where I can select which game mode that I would like to play in, and then when I select story mode it loads for a few seconds as normal procedure, and then it crashes with the error message going as follows "GTA V has crashed unexpectedly, please try again". I have tried every solution out there, from reinstalling the game 5 times, running it as an administrator, clearing the social club users, lowering the quality settings and verifying the integrity of my game files. I've been encountering this problem for months. Please help. And it most assuredly is not my PC specs. I will list my specs below to corroborate that statement

CPU: Intel Core i5 (Unlocked)
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 Ti
PSU: 750W
Hard Drive: 456 gb SSD
RAM: 16 gigs
OS: Windows 10 (Full)
