it is ok in my opinion.
pretty expensive, but improves fun during heists.
you can do funny thing in combo with other cars like insurgent or tampa like playing clay pigeon shootout.
vigi rams cars on the highway and the tampa / insurgent attemps to blow them up before they hit the ground again
Not sure where you got that from, they are most certainly not

Oh, I completely forgot about that...
They didn't bother adding physics to vigilante, so model doesn't break/deform and looks completely out of place.
