Best Cocaine Lockup with solo selling in mind?

Which one would you recommend? Money is not a problem at all, so don't go with "just take the cheapest one", what I care for is the location for easiest possible sale missions (since I will be mostly buying supplies anyway), especially since I mostly play solo. I assume the one in Paleto Bay is garbage, and the rest?
If it matters, my clubhouse is located in Rancho and I have a weed farm in north LS too. Dunno if it matters, but I saw people asking about it in similar threads so I thought I'd mention it.

Cocaine is not even worth it.
I bought a cocaine lockup with all upgrades during the recent discount for those.
It still hasn't paid itself off. I have doubts that it ever will.
The reality being that it takes ~200k worth of supplies to make ~450k with all the upgrades.
You have raids that can happen when your not ready, and there are only a few deliver missions that can be done solo so if you get one you can't do alone you have to find new session and that increases your cost as it takes a little bit of either supply or product. Some of the ones you can do solo are a really brutal time crunch. The deliver missions can be done in a solo public lobby but they are not fun.

Remote location but relatively close to all the desert resupply missions. The bunkers do pay for themselves, eventually.

I play this game way too much to be afraid that the business won't pay for itself lmao. Resupply missions aren't problem as well, since I'm mostly going to buy the supplies and focus on other businesses. What I mainly care for is the best location for solo sales.

You mean the Alamo Sea one? Like I said, the resupplies aren't a problem, since I'm mostly going to be buying them. And the sales? Do ya guys think it's easier to sell from Blaine County to LS or from LS to Blaine County? Cause it's either Alamo Sea or the Morningwood one.

I purchased the business that is within los santos and a block from my office/apartment.
I bought the one close to my other stuff so that it would be easier to buy supplies for it.
Every full cocaine shipment will require you to buy supplies 3 times. Makes plenty of sense to have it close to where you like to be most the time.

As far as the best place for solo deliveries, I have no idea as I've only owned the one.
But by me replying 11 hours after the last post hopefully this bump will find somebody who does know.

When it comes to the MC buisnesses, I think they auto-Ajust mission distance according to where your at.

For example When I had my cocaine buisness in that warehouse in the little town way at the top of the map, every one of my effing' supply missions would make me drive about 3 mins all the way to Los Santos. and then all the way back in usually a slow ass van. completely vunerable.

I got tired of all the long drives and being so exposed, So I thought "Hey, I'll buy that cocaine lockup down by the docks in Los Santos, It'l be alot closer and easier!"

Nope.

Suddenly all my missions changed from being in Los santos to being mostly in Blaine county.

If you buy supplies and play completely solo, alamo sea all the way. Some missions like boat and heli delivery are easier to sell and i'm not sure if they ever fixed the paleto warp so it could be' dangerous to sell dodo from city

I prefer to sell coke in the city. More places to hide and easier to protect cargo. Selling up north, with no cover, easy target, nowhere to hide, baby, nowher to run...

Sell strictly in solo public lobby.
Unlike vehicle cargo export missions there are no penalty NPCs for being in solo public.
Profit margins are too small to take any chances with randoms.

There are tools to help you get a solo public lobby.
