Friends.No,but seriously,you don´t need to buy anything to have fun,just take some random vehicle and try stuff.Glitches will occur naturally over the course of time and you might find people to have fun with.Although if you´re looking for vehicles with mounted guns,the Insurgent Pickup is good for random rampages.The Savage is fun to use in PVE (too little range to be allround effective in PVP) due to it´s pretty much spammable rockets and HE machine gun.Brickade´s like a bus or a trash truck,but better when it comes to performance,in case you want to try something heavy.Bikes are pretty glitchy now and then and can provide lots of fun.Also,you can buy a cropduster for like 230K.

Go to the golf course during the afternoon and scare the golfers and they'll drop you a free golf club. Hours of fat chick beating fun.

R recommends shark cards though, get one to your friend as well even if he/she does not have GTA at all -.-
