is gta 5 better to run on windows 7 or windows 10?

Technically only windows 7 is supported but i found running on windows 10 a better experience because it fixed my crashing issue.

hm, i foudn after the new "huge" windows update on windows 10, there have been more issues for me to try and run the game, even on a i7 4790k and gtx 1060 rig. ive tried everything, reducing the gpu memory, reinstalling, clearing up hdd space, and clearing system memory (found had better performance in most games besides this one)

I've had a bad experiance with windows 10, on many of rockstars games. But I can vouch for windows 7 being a good experiance, and sometimes windows 10.

It's good for both but it came out for win 7 so it's optimized for that.

windows 7 dude i bought a new pc last year and up to date not a single game works better on that pc even if it have triple the spec and since i cant xfer the graphic card , ram , and watnut im still using my 8y old pc with windows 7
