the answer is generally no. but if you leave any files in your folder when you try to access GTA:O you could get banned if the files detected. even if you don't use any cheats.
Mods = Offline Story Mode or FiveM server (and are allowed)
Though I can tell you desparately want papa T2 to care about it they won't. Like I've mentioned numerous times before, if they gave a toss they would have dealt with it ages ago. Just drop the BS.
