stuck in an old version of GTA V

i'm stuck in version 1180.1 and can't update to 1180.2
i've tried reinstalling and checking integrity of game files
i've been using 1180.2 for a while but after reinstalling the game some time ago it installed 1180.1 instead

Mine says 1 ingame and I have zero issues playing. Property/details on both .exe's say 2.
I would believe the info in the file details over a visual version while loading the game.

I also had zero issues modding lastweek + replacing gameconfigs / making my own.
Since the game has NOT updated since - it MUST of been on 1180.2 - "showing" as 1180.1.

it says 1180.2 in the launcher but the game is still version 1180.1

i can't use a gameconfig in 1180.1 thats why i need 1180.2

there is no 1180.2. mine says 1180.1 and its up to date.

just make sure that the game's settings have automatic updates "ticked".....should be no issue that way.

On the in game config.....right-click and properties on ur library (something like that). go to the update tab. tick that option and if you need to. re-verify the game cache. Might have just been a web fart. a corrupted file or something. one way to find out though

4 broken ones maybe? the 1180.1 in game is a visual glitch. you had confirmed this yourself saying the exe says 1180.2 for you and psykoteky confirmed it too.
