skip boring missions?

so many missions involve boring crap, like..buying clothes. or walking around LifeInvader's office. is there a way to skip missions? i only want to play the missions that involve a lot of action, ie. shooting and driving. everything else in this game is so painfully boring to me. are there mods I can get?

You can die 3 times in a mission and then you will get the option to skip the mission / segment you are currently at

Although that would be a funny statistic.

ok that's good to know..when ♥♥♥♥ gets boring i'm just gonna 5 star it.

are there any guidelines for which missions suck? like..if i want just shooting/driving, should i avoid certain quest lines/characters?
