GTA 5 is not in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common
ok this is kind of funny and im sure there is a good reason for my issue but im stumped. so when i go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common i dont see my GTA game in here. the only game i see is civ 5, not arma 3 or gta 5 whats going on?

Good question, all your Steam library games should be installed there. And you clearly own it.

Have you tried searching in Windows Explorer for it?

ok, ok i was wrong. I DONT KNOW WHERE IT IS!!!!!! its not a folder with the exe file

how can i locate it using the internet shortcut i have for the game. i dont have any cloud storage so yeah.

He said windows explorer. The easier way is just rightclick gtav in steam - properties - local files - browse local files - it will take you right to them. If your system is screwed up - it may not.

In that case - search your entire pc for gta5.exe or gtavlauncher.exe
(assuming you have the files, maybe folder is hidden, maybe using a steam library.. /shrug)

What prompted you to look for it? Did it quit working?

Bought GTA5 last month worked fine on my Nvidia shield
Now it's not downloading why ?
