NPC drivers are blind, mod to give them eyes?

So playing SP obviously. Most of the time it seems that NPC droivers just dont see you or have no brakes. Most of the time, they change lanes right next to me as if im noyt there at all, slamming to my side jusrt after i had ficed my car from previous "accidents". If i am overtaking a vehicle, the oncoming traffic always seem to try and get right in front of me instead of logical choice, turning away from accident. If i dont notice a car on intersection and get in their way, they slam to me without any intent of trying to avoid the accident.

I am hoping that someone knows a mod that changes driving AI so that drivers

-Have eyes
-Have brakes
-Have sense of self preservation

I have tried Insanely bad drivers safest settijg which seems to help a bit but not that lot. Realistic driving AI mod feels like the "realistic" should be on qupotes like that, it only seems to insrease accidents, not making people drive like real drivers drive, even the worst of bad drivers drive better than people in Los Santos :D

being parked on the side of a road and having an ai turn from the otherside of the road to ram you is just like real life? gotcha

like he knows how to avoid modding online ,why do you assume everyone is as smart as you ?

Try using your horn before passing, at least in gta online they respond to that I think, AI feel different than in single player. The ai in online like to punish you by suddenly changing lane and ram you from the side if you speed through red light

He clearly knows how to mod so I doubt he would go into online mode with them enabled.
You say i assume not everyone is as smart as me yet you dont realise the majority of people know not to take mods into online.
