Is there a new way to go off radar?

This guy calls for a heavy gear suit and mini gun and kills me a bunch of times before I finally kill him and am getting the upper hand. then he goes off radar for several minutes. how is it possible to go off radar for so long?

yea you can pay and go off radar of some time.

I don't know if this is how he did it, but yes there is a new way to go off the radar; the Ultralight. Once fully upgraded it can cruise through the skies completely off the radar for as long as the player wants. It's cheap, I own one so that I can disapear when players won't stop trolling.

He may has registered as CEO,activated Ghost Organization,timed it with Lester´s Off Radar option.For all I know it´s opossible to combine those two.

How just by default as soon as you fly you're off radar?

The guy was on foot in that heavy armor using a minigun like i said in the op. It's new stuff that wasn't in game last time i played. It's been a while.

How can a person on foot be off radar for several minutes?

It is a pretty long duration, when you combine both skills 4 mins.
There are also exloits to stay unlimited time off radar and you know it good old modmenu has also an option
