How to use Tula Countermeasures?

How do you deploy countermeasures (i.e., Flares, Smoke) on the Tula? Usually, you'd press E on an aircraft, but instead this changes the Tula to and from Hover Mode.

My brother owns a Tula. I don't know how but you can sort-of set up the plane the way you want. You're still going to need a co-pilot though. The co-pilot fires Counter-Measures normally, but you can switch it so that pilot has them and the co-pilot becomes the Bomber. The pilot CANNOT do both on his own though.

it isnt just smuggler run
first gunrunning dlc had already the issue
cant use radio in tampa
cant use horn, when mine is equipped
already tried to drop box in dune fav selling missions?
ups it farts mines, when you push the shown key x on keyboard and you die

Yes, it is possible. Yet re-binding hover mode key doesn't allow to use countermeasures anyways. F... Rockstar.
