splitting money gta online

hi me and my friend play together online to make money like delivering cars he (the CEO) gets like 300k cash and i get absoloutly nothing which sucks because i helped too. i tried looking at [M] > Inventory > Cash but its not avalible after we done the delivery job. So the quistion is: How can i earn money from doing jobs my CEO started.

Associates barely make any money from anything relating to organizations other than the CEO work launched from the interaction menu. It sucks, especially because when you do get to be a CEO no one wants to work for you either.

but when i did a job a little time ago i could give percentages of the earned money to all players in the session.

That's only available for certain activities, like robbing a store. As far as I know that option isn't available to anything dealing with CEO stuff.

Working for CEOs gets you a paycheck every once and a while (money you get paid depends on how long you've been working for them), and with each crate/vehicle sale you should get the same amount you get paid regularly. The best way to get paid as an associate is with CEO work from the interaction menu, as (as far as I know) you all get paid the same amount.

that only applies to free roam challenges, claiming bounties, etc. the best you could do is piracy prevention on a yacht then give someone else your winnings. which is like 30k max
