GTA online killed at spawn constantly

Hello all I finally got around to buying this game after the price finally went down. I've played other online multiplayer games before but never had this issue. When I get in game I am fine for a little bit but as soon as I try to do a quest this same guy keeps finding me and gunning me down. That wasn't an issue until he camped my spawn and killed me at spawn. What can I do to fix this? I would really like to actually play the game. I don't even have time to move before I'm dead again. Help would be greatly appreciated.

Servers are down right now. But when you get back in, change to a new session without the griefer.

Find a new session easy.

Press M to bring up the menu.
Press UP arrow to highlight PASSIVE MODE.
Press ENTER to activate PASSIVE mode.

Reverse the process when you need / want to kill again.

Just got spawn killed on the Paleto Bay beach. Respawn @ exactly same point fk! I'm already lv 560+ and I still can not make it cause Im in a CEO job. Got killed 10 times.

Welcome to GTA Online. You need to be careful everyone on the server is a Zoomer and an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. If you are known on YouTube, Twitch, Patron, Facebook, or any social platform including Discord griefers can steal your personal information based on server bans and being banned from other games and Discord Servers. Once they get this information you get a bounty placed on your head and these griefers pay top dollar in real money to kill you both in the game and in real life. If you don't want this to happen do the fallowing: 1. Play solo if you are in a closed session you won't get killed. 2. Find another server. 3. never join after 8 PM your time thats the Zoomer Killing Hour. 4. sign up for insurance after the tutorial they will use rocket and sticky bombs. 5. Hire Lester and target them back or go ghost. and 6. Sell all your properties, bank your cash, and buy and apartment with a board and join the Social Club. Nobody on Social Club is a Zoomer they play by the rules. All of this player killing started when Jeff, Buggs, Polecat, Sniper Wolf, and Mr. Boss got banned. Some jackass went on Discord and said quote "If you see any of these players kill them they will use false names". That's how it all started. It is best not to join when the Killing Hour starts or you will get a bounty placed on your head. I like most people have bans on Kixeye, Discord, Facebook, X, and YouTube so I will be a target every time I log on. Signing up for Social Club and the killing will stop.
