enhanced native trainer not working

i have installed everything correctly im pretty sure. i have openIV scripthook everything.
but when i get in and press F4 nothing happens. im playing through rockstar social club and im launching it through a second copied folder of the game on my desktop if anyone knows how to fix this please help. oh and im using ENT update 34

Well I'm assuming the OP is using this in story mode so that doesn't make him a cheater.

Maybe I'm not sure I went into the text document where you can change the controls and it said it was f4 so I don't know

I'm not sure if this helps or not but I can't run gta with gta but.exe it gives the error please run gta using play gtav.exe
