Sell yacht?
Is it possible to sell my yacht? and is it possible to sell ceo buildings/ MC business/ club house? if so how?

You can't sell them. Your only option is to down-grade them in price. You should get some money back.

You won't get any money back because the cheapest yacht is still more than half the price of the most expensive yacht.

thought it cost money to renovate a yatch though for the others you may be able to downgrade and get money but not the yatch I don't think

ty for imput... and ya, yatch does cost money to downgrade, not sure on apartemtns yet... but also, when sellin benny upgraded vehicles (ie: banshee 900R) is it anymore money to sell at bennys vs los santos custom?
