Is ram the problem? I thought that the processor is the problem. Can u tell me exactly the problem and some fixes to it?

yea even if you got another 8gRAM it would help this and more than likely any other gaming you do. 16g is plenty for most game i just have some overkill :) ill look for the setting i have and post them once i note them all down. can post a video too to show the game. just waiting on R* fixing my account then ill sort it man.

You're bottlenecking your graphics card with your CPU. You only have 2 cores to process all of your tasks. Your ram is also low for GTAV.. GTAV can take up from 4gb to 8gb of ram depending on what settings you're running, and what you're doing in GTAV.

If you can, try to upgrade your CPU to a K series chip. like 6600K or 7700K. And try to upgrade your ram to 12 or 16gbs.

^ Video above is with your current build but they are using 16gbs of ram.

Disable in game Vsync. Then in Nvidia control panel 3D settings change Vsync to "adaptive."
