I have 200k in GTAO, what should I do?

Okay so basically I have 200k and I already have an insured car and some guns. I just dont know what the next step for me should be. Should I buy an apartment, an office, a warehouse? I keep trying to watch videos but most are out of date for new players and the ones that arent give all different ideas. What is my best bet of a way to get richer fast and what should I do?

I got a mc clubhouse, you can get the cheapest one for around 200k. Im still trying to work out how to make a profit from it

a) buy an apartment and grab some friends to play heists
b) save up for a CEO office and vehicle warehouse

How do MC Clubhouses work anyway? Are those the ones where you pick whichever drug you want to make and do missions for it?

If I were to save up, how should I make my money to get to that point? I have guns but not good enough for heists and quick jobs are very low payout

What are the perks of an apartment?

All apartments give you a place to spawn, a garage (size depends on apartment), a place to change clothes, watch tv, shower, and some drinks and a bong. High end apartments allow you to host heists

Once you buy a clubhouse you get access to a laptop, from there you can buy various businesses (weed farms, coke lockups, meth labs, etc) that produce whatever for you while you're doing other things. They keep making product as long as you keep them supplied and you're online.

save up and not buy into their scheme of sharkcards. Because the majority of everything in this rubberbanding rigged game cost a pretty penny.
PS: Buy the coke warehouse, it pays out more. Vehicle warehouses as well especially if you get top high ranged cars.

whoop forgot, you can sell product that your businesses produce whenever you want. probably better to especially if youre playing solo, all holding product does is make sell missions have more vehicles

MC isn't worth it, CEO crates and vehicle cargo is where its at

The cheapest high-end apartment is around 200k and has a 10-car garage, as well as allowing you to host heists. Probably the best place to start. It won't really make you money (you can just join other's heists) but you're going to need everything it offers at some point anyways.

Also real talk you'll probably get in a session with a hacker that drops 100k every few minutes anyways.

Farm Sandking XL's, do VIP missions, play contact missions such as the LS Connection, do 2x cash/RP playlists, and obviously when you feel like it; heists.
