Gas Stations Not Appearing/Reopening

I saw this video where you can get x2 the amount of money you get from robbing gas stations, and it worked but I guess I've done it enough where they aren't opening back up anymore. It's been maybe 15-20 minutes and they haven't reopened, NONE of them and I've only been robbing the 3 gas stations near the Chumash bunker. Is there a cool down to rob gas stations again or can I not just rob gas stations anymore for the rest of the day?

There is a cooldown for robbing the convienence stores, you have to go away a far distance for these to reopen...

I know that part, i do, but NONE of them were open on the map. I only robbed a few gas stations on the middle left of the map, and none of the stations in the whole city didn't respawb after a while. I waited some time, went into creator mode for a bit then they came back. Guessing you didn't carefully read my thread.

Really? That shouldn't be permanent. Did you just start or something ? It should let you rob them again once the store opens.

They've been check marked since the first time I robbed them. Maybe I have to rob all of them at least once?

The check mark has nothing to do with whether or not you can rob them again.
This is there so that as a first time player (or also on a new character I think) that you know which you have done, as per the achievement to rob all of them once; minimum.

If you are in Story Mode, leave that general area, save and load a game.

If Online, perhaps try a different Session.
ESC > Online > Change Session.
Or go back to Story Mode > then back to Online > Play Online > Invite Only Session

I rob them everytime I play GTA Online; and have been since the release of the game on PS3, PS4, and PC... so no, there is no limits. Just the cool-downs.

Well if what I mentioned happens to you (where all the stores are not visible on map or not even enterable) then try going into creator mode if all else fails. I found a few new sessions when it happened but no luck, not even going to campaign worked. But when I came out of creator, the issue fixed itself and I was able to rob again.
