How to stop subtitles/audio/video being out of sync?

I am deaf, so I can only hear half as good as a normal person, so I really need subtitles to be there for me to enjoy the story. It seems that all 3 are not synced correctly, so do any of you know how to fix that?

Well,You can add subtitles in the Display menu. Hope this helped,( sorry if i go this wrong. )

Subtitles are out of sync

This has been problematic since day 1 for some people, same with the audio being out of sync in cinematic scenes. I'm not aware of a fix unfortunately but some people are able to disable and enable the subtitles to get them back into sync.

Make sure your computer can handle the rendering of the cinematics. Also, try not to tab out while in cinematics, for me that's the only way to make the subtitles out of sync.

basically it is a CPU problem
this usually means that things are not showing up in the right time
if buildings are not there or grounds are not there when you're on top of them it is because your cpu is not capable of loading things quick
