Merryweather ammo drop now give you more ammo then before?

Yesterday when completing one of daily objectives in calling Merryweather ammo drop service I did only today notice that my ammo went up more than 7k to pistols when before I had 2k bullets. Is that normal, I can't remember calling this service would boost your handguns and smg/mg ammo that much. And no I don't think is this something a hacker would do because I've been playing friends/invite-only sessions and doing Mobile Operations quick jobs.

I was 2k in handguns, 6k in mg, 7k in light rifles, 1k in sniper rifles, 9k in shotguns and 7k in smg but heavy weapons still the same, grenades and c4 are still the same ammount as before and molotov is 12. Just need to know why more ammo is given to handguns and the rest just a smaller cut.
I am trying now to drop ammo but sometimes warn me about ''you can't drop here''.
