Problem with helicopter spawning

Hi, two of my friends are having the same problem, they can't make helicopter spawn in the game.

I'm talking about those helicopters that appear in some roofs like hospital or police stations. They can make it spawn on free mode, missions or heists.

But other players (me included) can easily get those helicopters.

What would be the reason? Only latency/lag issues? Or something else?

You need to progress in singleplayer story far enough to unlock the flight school and finish it. I am not sure if you need to finish it with all character or not though.

If you have previously completed flight school but don't have save files anymory (if you have reinstalled the game for example), then helis won't spawn.

Also, there are no specific routes in pac heist.

It's also a good idea to finish multiplayer flight school with your character (but that's me being placebo).

rumors, seven sins forum says, you also have to complete singleplayer mission 17 nervous ron to unlock the heli
i used a 100% savegame, which solved the problem for me

heli spawn is still sometimes delayed so you have to wait 10-30 secs at certain spots and they will pop in
for example you can wait on the crossroad close to the rooftop rumble garage and you will see how the heli spawns in
no need to drive any route just wait at the crossroad

Well 100% bet would be to unlock flight school, get back to Los Santos as Trevor, and at the point you get access to all protagonists finish flight school with all of them. To finish flight school with all 3 character you also need to finish Nervous Ron mission, so maybe that's the point from which helis start to spawn, and you actually don't need to finish flight school with all three characters, but I am not sure here.

I can get heli to spawn. I've completed flight school on one character. I've completed 100% of story.

sh17, i dunno, homie ... look at the ground and then look up (?)

for some reason it always spawns for me at various locations, the hospital and the Police stations at vespucci and vinewood

shh maybe because you already completed all the singleplayer triggers and it isnt related to density ...

Thx man, yea was trying to find the post to reply, i am at 30% in the story and i can say that once i get the heli spawn every time, Fresh install did not help
To have the bug for helicopter spawn as far as i can tell You need to do the first mission with FIB and IAA where you fly a helicopter
