Can't load an old save.

Last time I played this game was in April 2014, I tried playing it today but couldn't load my save. The save folder is still present at D:\<username>\Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V\Profiles but when I start the game it creates a new one with a different name.

I tried renaming my folder to the name of the new one but still doesn't work. I've read Rockstar were importing old saves when they release the game oin PS4, this is not impacting PC right?
