Is it allowed to have glitched outfits?

Hello,
I really like the idea of having glasses with a mask and a bulletproof helmet. I also want to wear a black turtleneck sweater with a scarf like one of those bodyguard outfits. Sadly i cant make these outfits, but i found some videos on youtube on how to wear them. You have to do some glitchy things to save them.
I'm worried if I do them i could get banned. I hope this is not true, but before i do it, i thought i would ask it here.

I dont know of any game that allows glitching. It is always a risk.

most of my outfits are glitched and many other players, i dont think rockstar cares about glitched outfits. You wont get banned for glitching outfits, i would have been long ago if you could

Some you gotta be careful about. before this gun running update there was a way to save the juggernaut skin from the adversary mode. But now that you can essentially buy it if you try to equip that glitched saved outfit it'll actually break your character with the only way to fix him being to change your character's appearance for 100k. I personally use a glitched outfit to have a helmet. skimask. and goggles on so I wouldn't see how it's wrong unless if you used third party softwares to physically change your character into a cop or something like that.

Glitches is just another way of breaking the TOS.

And Rockstar has the right of banning all those players.

But, Rockstar won't do it. They only focus on some infractions like cheaters and money beggars.

Still, that doesn't mean glitchers are completely safe.

yea i understand this, i deleted it right away, i dont want to risk my 30€

Still you aren't ban safe. So if some day you get banned and you never cheated please don't start posting "Rockstar banned me for no reason".

Deleting the outfit means nothing. Everything is registered in Rockstar log.

Stop worrying about it. There's a bigger chance a plane crashes on your house than getting banned for that little glitch.

Used glitched outfits, worst thing that happened was that my all saved outfits got removed... such a big deal i cried for days over it... youll be fine :)

Im sure they wont ban you. They probably will patch it in the future though. Have fun while it lasts!

I've been wearing a glitched Tan Combat Mask and Bulletproof Helmet for as long as I can remember

Then I glitched on the Duffel Bag from a Biker sell mission

Nothing has happened to me so far
