Mouse Wheel not working in GTA V

When am inside the game mouse wheel is not working using sniper becomes too difficult cant able to zoom in or zoom out. Scroll works fine outside the gaming only ingame am having this issue please help me out

So far tried
@changing ingame mouse setting from raw inputs to windows or direct input doesnt work for me
@Verifying local cache doesnt work
@restarted game and PC several times issue still exist

having the same problem did you find any solution to this i cant even change my weapons the scroll wheel works while in settings but while playing it won't work

Stop running your game in Admin mode that fixed my game. Hope this helps.

Just a reminder that if you are using the Combat Sniper, it does not have a Zoomed scope that utilizes the Mouse Wheel, whereas the 'regular' Sniper Rifle does.

Just in case.

wierd question here, but are you using a usb mouse?
