The long answer is yes, you may..if you try joining GTA Online or are already in GTA Online prior/during injection.
people have been using x360ce since the game was released and Not 1 Single report of a ban, so no,, you wont get banned.
stop trying to scare monger by spreading old wives tales.

my long answer is -
i know many ppl, including myself, who have man caves dedicated to games like gta5 and are all using x360ce or joy-to-key type software in some way or other.
if anyone had been banned for using such things then i'd know about it and we'd certainly hear about it on the forum.
case closed.
(apart from no actual guarantee of All periperals working seamlessly with x360ce).
Googling for a way to get a joystick working led to this thread, Just a few months after this post and here are people getting the banz
