I really wish people would stop jumping on this bandwagon.

All anticheat has false positives. I've seen at least a dozen people who are confused as to why they're banned, and who use razer cortex.

It should be pretty obvious to anyone who isn't a dumbass r* circle jerker, that there very clearly is issues with certain software causing bans.

OP didn't come here to ♥♥♥♥♥ about a ban. He didn't come here to whine, or to try and get his ban appealed. He simply stated why he thinks he got a ban, as to warn others. It's much more likely someone who makes a post like this, legitimately didn't cheat.

If you're a waiter at a restaurant and a customer tells you his soup is cold after he finished it, and he explicitly says he doesn't expect compensation. He just wanted to let you know as to prevent others from getting cold soup. Is your first assumption going to be that he's a liar? He has literally nothing to gain.

Except they can't. It's not something they can fix. Programs that aren't cheats, that cause a false flag, are doing something that the cheats also do, and is one of the detection triggers.
The "hole" in the system is not the false flag. It would be what they create when they try to fix the false flag. They have a choice of creating a hole in their anti cheat as to make an exception for those programs... Or leave the detection in, and garuntee cheaters get caught.

In all likelyhood the triggers that cortex (supposedly), and the other programs hit, are written as violations in the EULA. Meaning rockstar is covered legally, and is fully aware of the false flags.
