Banned because of memory cleaner

Hi guys, two days ago when I was playing gtaol, I found my computer memory be used up. So I clicked the cleaning button.
At midnight, I got an email from rockstar and told me I have be banned for 30 days.
How this auto ban worked? I didn't use any of mods, cheaters, or illegal money...
what should I do for my account?

Haven't had any pop ups or adware in the 5 years of using it. There's a single ad at the bottom of the system care menu but that's it. When you're installing it, read. It will give you a bundle download otherwise which may result in adware but I wouldn't know since I know what I'm downloading. IObit gets in lots of trouble for installing additional things no matter which options you tick off. That and stealing other companies data.

But aside from that, their biggest sin is how they market to less computer literate people (Not saying you) and trick them into purchases, stemming into 100s of pounds of additional things they have no need or knowlege of their use. Even if they were to read the full agreement, thy'd not undrstand the jargon used.

Turning on your computer WILL get you banned. If you happen to start GTA on start-up and accidentally use cheats.

Memory leaking is prety common for popular programs. Even Google Chrome had that (it recieved a update a while back) but GTA still has it R* can do things about it but they dont bother

Unless its normal that Google Chrome takes up 8GB of ram after Just having IT on in the Background not doing anything on it with 1 tab open

But people never do research on stuff before they post stuff.

Did you clean your RAM when you running your online game process? You could try that.My software is also Advanced System care 8.
Actually I investigated whole night for my banned reason, RAM cleaner is the only one diffrence between normal players and me. There was so many Chinese be banned because of RAM cleaner, and that was proved in their live streaming.

Thanks to you all. I send an email to rockstar and I'm ready to wait for 30 days.
I hope sockstar's ban system works better, and never ban innocent players in future version.
I'm really upset about my game data reset, and no gta to play in holiday.

No point contacting rockstar as they dont care about its customers. They only care about making more profits.

If you need more RAM, then buy more.

i have 16gbs of ram, but i use a memory cleaner, and i never got banned!
