What third party software do you use to capture GTA 5 in-game footage?

I need to capture in-game footage and I can't use Rockstar Editor. It must capture cutscenes and loading screens as well. What software I can use?

I'm familiar with Bandicam. Is it safe to use it to capture GTA5 in-game footage?

Don't use Fraps. It sucks. OBS, Dxtory and ReLive/Shadowplay are the best choices.

I use Playstv to record all my gta v footage and all of my other games i play, starts recording automatically when you start a game and it works like a charm.
