Copy rank of first character?

My friend mentioned that my 2nd character can be the same rank as my first and I don't needa level her up all the way, how do I do it?

I'm pretty sure that the only way to do that is delete the second character and make a new one. Then you should be given the option. I haven't tried it though. Apparently it's capped at 120, my second character is much higher than that.

I remember hearing something about this.

I think how it works is that after hitting a certain level with your main character, creating a second character would make it start at a higher level. No idea if this was implemented or even if it was a real thing.

You can copy the rank from your first character (to a maximum of 120) when you create a new second character. You can not copy the rank to a second character that you already have.

Players are now able to copy the Rank of their existing character into the second character slot when creating a new character. The Rank has been capped at 120.[support.rockstargames.com]

For me when I got gta 5 on pc like 8-9months ago (cant remember exactly) I transfered from ps4 and my first character was level 112 and my second one was like level 8-9. I transfered to pc and I see that my main the 112 was still its level but the second character for some random reason becamse 121 which I really dont get, the stats on it are low nothing there except shooting on full :/
