Good way to get a Karin Sultan RS without searching?

(NOTE: THIS IS A GTA ONLINE QUESTION, NOT GTA V)

Is there a way to buy the Karin Sultan RS without anything complex? I wish it is on sale on the car dealers, but I don't see it. People say the best way is to look everywere (best spot claims its the police camp next to Trevor's house) but I didn't find crap. I also heard you can get it by completing very big challenges (held weekly by Rockstar?), but I barely contribute to them.

Is there a good way to get the Karin Sultan RS? AKA The best car ingame?

The Karin Sultan is a normal car that spawns everywhere in freeroam. That is the same car in Bennys for sale. When you add the rollcage in LS customs it turns it into a Karin Sultan RS. You can also take that car and upgrade it at bennies for the custom wraps etc. You can not get the full sultan RS without paying for the upgrade at bennies or you have to add the chassis cage at LSC. one or the other. The stock karin sultan is the only car you can get in freeroam for free and on bennies.

If you do the contact mission "Blow Up III" during daylight hours it spawns down there.

^^^ thats where I see them alot when doing Simion export cars in the lots or driving by in the day time.

Or in free roam near the prison they spawn alot there too.

The cars spawn in cycles. Youll see the same few cars spawn out in certain locations untill they cycle out. The sultan is fortunately in one of those cycles. You just have to wait

So I tried the prision method and found out that if you go around it a couple times it spawns diffrent cares. So far, no Sultan. Only other Karin cars.

Its not there everytime lol i got mine form there so.

Yeah but what store? I checked every car shop on the internet ingame and there was no sign of a Karin Sultan/Sultan RS.

If you mean the custom version, you cant, you have to take a regular one and upgrade it

This, there is a difference between the normal Sultan and the RS version.
