No, regular single player mods. Be advised though that you will be banned if you go into gta online while having them installed, it's purely for single player and best done offline as to not risk anything.

so do i use mod menus such as spoooner and menoooo stuff? will that allow me to mess with vehicles offline? its a simple yes or no.

Yes but unless you are VERY careful about separating the files, disabling mods etc before going online it is probably not worth it.

Thank you very much! I probably wont be going online as for why i am asking for mods. I have been informed online is full of hackers and is easy to be banned off from simply using discord in which i have. So i doubt ill be going online.
