Whats the best way to get RP & Money?

Im kind of new to GTA V, im only rank 35. I know you will say "Thats a pretty high rank" but no, when my friend came over for a sleepover we played GTA V all night. So I can say im bad at the game. So I want to get better at the game + Rank up and get Money.
Any good ways? Please share your opinion.

Heists are the best way(Pacific Standard to be exact), the only issue is you're only rank 35 so it will be pretty hard finding a decent group that wont kick you out of the game (Most good groups will kick anyone under rank 100 if they are looking to farm fast). Racing is good if you can find a lobby with 10+ and finish in the top 5 consistently. Otherwise keep an eye out for double RP and $$ events, even just doing jobs isn't a terrible way to level early on.

Half True. Pacific Standard is the 2nd best way. Having 2 large warehouses and filling them up completly makes more $/h. It's more tedious and boring, but still "better" in terms of $/h.

To farm RP fast the best way is being an associate of a CEO and staying close to him while he does crates. It is the fastest way if the CEO has a buzzard. You can't beat it.

For money high level:
heists (especially pacific standard)
2 large warehouses ( you need to spend at least 7-8 mil to buy an office and 2 warehouses and a buzzard as it makes things faster and you need about 900k to buy all the wares)

For money and some RP with low level:
50% more money/RP missions. On the social club website under events you can see which mission have those. For example the new adversary mode has 50% more rp/money going on and you do not need to have anything else besides some skill. A complete round (set to 5 min per round with 4 wins) takes up to 20 min usually and gets you about 70k if you win. Done 3 in 1h gets you more than 200k/h which is only about 80k worse than pacific standard. If you lose all 4 rounds then it is half it which is still decent for a new player.
