and a video of it with a HD 4000

the 620 seems to barely run ok but the 4000 has lots of stutter
Your specs are MORE than enough to run it with around 40 smooth FPS.
except its not portable :P
his only other option close to that be to build a Mini ITX system, and plug it into a monitor/keyboard/mouse at another location.
why would you ever need to do that
you can literally buy an asus rog or an msi laptop for that price point
hell, there's a dell gaming laptop at $799 and it has a dedicated gpu
i don't understand what people are doing what their money these days
I don't get why people are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about your intel 4000.
Your proc is garbage. It has 2 core
https://ark.intel.com/fr/products/81071/Intel-Celeron-Processor-N2830-1M-Cache-up-to-2_41-GHz
The requirements for GTA V are:
Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40GHz (4 CPUs) / AMD Phenom 9850 Quad-Core Processor (4 CPUs) @ 2.5GHz
Memory: 4 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA 9800 GT 1GB / AMD HD 4870 1GB (DX 10, 10.1, 11)
You may be able to run it but I doubt it's gonna be a great experience...

Edit:
Didn't pick that up, IDK why either. Bought mine 1300$ back then and it's 12gig, i7 (low end, 2 core, don't remember by heart, think 4800Q?), 750 ti, 256gb ssb. It's okay for school and gaming
I bought a CyberPowerPC desktop on Amazon for $700 (i5-6400, RX 480); pretty freaking nice, it's actually cheaper than building it myself.
Pentium G2020 + Seagate Barracuda 500 Gb SATA3 drive + Radeon HD6670 2Gb + 8Gb RAM + DVD+-RW drive + Windows 7 x64 Home Extended were about 550 USD for me. It's relatively cheap, it can run GTA V.
Sager Laptop
Gtx 770M
i7 -4700MQ 2.4 GHz
16gb of ram
I do pretty well with gta 5, medium settings near 60 fps. Not great but pretty good for old tech.
I think that integrated graphics have come a long way if you are actually able to get up to 60 fps on your new machine in gta 5, that's pretty damn bad ass even in low settings since the 620 is not a dedicated gpu, older integrated graphics solutions were so horrible you couldn't even run games that weren't graphically intensive. if you have thunderbolt port on your new laptop, might be able to get a external gpu box and whatever gpu you want that will fit in it and get a bit better performance. You've got to remember that gta 5 is actually very cpu intensive since it's an open world game...so there are bottlenecks going on with even pascal laptop gpu's because the laptop cpu can't keep up as well as the their desktop counterparts.
Of course for the price of all that you could build a cheap desktop. Me personally, I'll probably never have another desktop machine. I just really like laptops.
