Low fps in intel core i3 6100 3.7ghz

I have an intel core i3 6100 3.7 ghz 8 gb ram and gt-730 2gb dedicated
stuck at 15 -23fps someone help me please?

GT 730 [www.game-debate.com]is way below minimum spec. The GT model cards are for HTPCs and are aimed at video playback and editing, not for gaming.

15-23 FPS is actually great performance for that GPU.

there no help for a gt 730 graphics card you need a gtx 660 or better

there no help for a gt 730 graphics card you need a gtx 660 or better
