how to leave mc club

i and my friend has each own mc. and we wanna just grind mc missions. how can i leave my mc btw i dont wanna delete it, i just wanna leave it and join my frineds mc as a member. and after that ill be my mc leader again. it is possible with disconnect and joing again but any different way?

Open action menu, hold select on controller or B i believe on kb. Then select mc/securiserve and retire.

i seen that but though this option delete my mc, it is not delete my mc for sure right? im little bit poor guy so :(
