Fuel mod for singleplayer?

So since ScriptHookV has been updated to 1.40 (gunrunners update), all my kids work again, simple zombies .net, lefix's speedometer, open all interiors, yada yada yada. But one mod I was looking forward to didn't work, and instead crashed the game (i don't know if this was on My behalf of not), it is called Lefix's Simple Fuel Mod. I was planning on converting the game to VR (i will be happy to answer questions on that) and play in First Person with the simple zombies mod and survive the apocalypse. But infitnite fuel takes away from the realism. So, do you know of any mods that adds fuel consumption and works with GTA V 1.40?

(also, if you know the name of the mod Typical Gamer uses, the one where guns spawn on the ground randomly and when he looks at them it text appears telling what gun it is, and what gun he can swap it with)
