GTA ONLINE- Is every MC Clubhouse the same?

I play this game on the PS4, just a heads up for those who are wondering.

I understand that each clubhouse has different regions and different places, but some are cheaper than others. I want to buy the 210-30K one because that's one of the cheapest and it's next to an ammunation store. However I'm afraid that it might not have a 10 bike garage and it might not get the ability to start businesses. I want to start my own businesses for money so I can get cool stuff and such, so my question is would the cheaper clubhouses have the same benefits as the more expensive ones?

I just buy them to have the location advantage, They're not all the same however, have seen different interiors.

thats cause you can customize the interiors some.

The looks on the inside don't matter to me, I just want to know if every club house can function the same way together, meaning even the cheapest ones can run the businesses and missions and the 10 bike garage

They can all do the same things and can be equipped with the same things (Locker, quarters, bike shop etc) the only thing that changes is how it looks from inside and outside

There´s two layouts,one with two floors,one that´s basically only got the ground floor.Rest is all customization on your own.
