you can sell it, I would get about 2.2 mil from selling it. (fully upgraded in the moc tho, non upgraded versoin would give less)

but how? what do i need to do? buy the vehicle customize thing on the truck?

Yes. without that thing you cannot upgrade, repair or sell these new vehicles. I mean, atleast let people sell and repair cars without that thing, but no, R*.

You can still phone in MMI to recover it when it's been destroyed.

However, it may cost 20K to restore it.

Just call your insurance then your mechanic to deliver it.
Costs 20k to replace if you destroyed it yourself.

Yes i have the exact same problem. Its really fustrating because i sold my tyrus so i could get the vw in the moc, so i could sell my oppressor for even more
