Unable to Buy Homing Launcher? [SOLVED]

I never bought it but I have it. When I do missions and try to "buy all ammo" no ammo is bought for the launcher. I've ran the rockets it out on purpose as I was running low anyays, and relogged. It is still in my inventory and I never bought it. This is annoying because I can't refill it after missions. Any ideas?

Solved: All I did was drop my weapon with "Y" on the gamepad. I was able to buy it from the store afterwards.
